All lines are from Wannamakeabet.com at the time of this newsletter.

  • Green Bay Packers -5.5 over Arizona Cardinals
    • Jordan Love continues to heel and the Packers are a top 10 team by all measuring standards.  Meanwhile, Arizona is slightly over valued today coming off the big win in SF and it’s their second straight road game.   Add to that a Zona defense that is ranked 29th and Green Bay should be able to get that Lambeau magic going and have their way today.

  • Tampa Bay Bucs -3.5 over New Orleans Saints
    • Todd Bowles loves to feast on young QBs and should be blitz heavy today in New Orleans against Spencer Rattler, who appears to have an impossible task stepping into his first start for a division war with an offensive line that has been dropping starters like flies.

  • Pittsburgh Steelers -3 over Las Vegas Raiders
    • Aiden O’Connell.  Need we say more?  Fine, then how about the fact we have the Raiders ranked 31st in the league and there appears to be a high level of dysfunction and quit looming with these Raiders ever since DeVante Adams requested (and likely won’t be granted) a trade.  The Steelers struggling offense has a great match up today and Fields and the run game should be able to win this one and shut down this mistake provne offense that is bringing in a new QB without a lot of weapons.

  • Atlanta Falcons – 5.5 over Carolina Panthers
    • Favorable rest advantage for Atlanta today (10 days) as they bring their high powered offense and improving defense to the worst team in the league who continues to suffer from key injuries across the offense (Dionte Johnson / Ian Thomas) and defense (defensive ends and linebackers).  Carolina continues to plummet.

  • Detroit Lions – 3 over Dallas Cowboys
    • Dallas has won the last six matchups in this one and all the squares are on Detroit and all the pros are on Dallas in this one but we don’t care.  This is comeuppance for Dallas and it’s time to pass the torch to the next leaders of the NFC.  If Green Bay can walk in here and pound Dallas like they did in last year’s playoffs than Detroit certainly can today given the defense will be missing both Lawrence and Parsons and Detroit’s offensive line is among the best in the league.

Good Luck with Your Selections!
