Word Series Game 6 Phillies @ Astros
The Astros were able to take control of this series winning 3-2 in Game 5. Now we head back to Houston for Game 6 with a chance for the Astros to close this one out. Tonight, the Astros are the favorite at -145 and the total is sitting at 7.
=Game 6 will feature a pitching rematch of Game 2 with Framber Valdez vs Zack Wheeler. Valdez was able to get the best of Wheeler going 6 innings of 4 hits, 1 run and 9 strikeouts. Wheeler struggled in this one going 5 innings allowing 5 runs and issuing 3 walks. It will be interesting to see the adjustments made by the hitters and pitchers going into this rematch.
The day off will help the bullpens get some rest after having to play 3 days in a row. Add that to 2 dominate pitchers and I think I lean towards the under here. Framber is pitching on another level and I expect that to continue as well as I think Wheeler has a bounce back game. With this being a potential elimination game for the Phillies, they will take no chances and will use everyone in their bullpen. I think this will lead to a lower scoring game. I will take the Under 7 in this one.
