These two have met twice already this season. The Celtics won both matchups by an average of 10.5 points. However, in the second matchup between the two, Joel Embiid did not play. Embiid is listed as probable for this matchup.

While the Sixers rank 6th in the league in points per game, averaging 108.6 points, the Celtics surprisingly rank in the bottom half of the league. The Celtics rank 22nd in the league, averaging 102.7 points per game. What makes them so good is their defense. The Celtics are one of two teams who average giving up less than 100 points per game. They rank 1st giving up just 97.6 points per game. The Sixers rank 22nd, giving up 107.9 points.

Where the Sixers can struggle on offense is not having enough play makers on the court and players who can create their own shot. This is where they really miss Markelle Fultz. With this, the Celtics defense can really take advantage of the Sixers and can limit them on offense. London NBA fans will likely get a treat with this game, and expect the Celtics to win a close one.

The Pick: Celtics -3.0
