He’s back! Golf has some energy this week and it’s all because the big cat is healthy again and ready to tee it up at his own charity event in the Bahamas, the Hero Challenge. The event takes place down at the Albany Golf Club, a gem of course designed by Ernie Ells.
And so, with the return of Tiger comes the return of betting on Tiger. Or against him, as those may be the better golf bets this weekend. Not surprisingly, the odds that he will do well are long shots. That said, if you are looking for a little action to distract you from the impossibility of handicapping the NFL, we like the following bets:
- Tiger Woods first round score – under 71.5 -115 (Best Bet)
- Alex Noren -210 over Tiger Woods in the first round.
- Tiger Woods makes the top 5. +500. There are only 18 players in the field. If he gets hot.. ya never know.
One more bet, just for the hell of it…
- Tiger Woods +2200 to win the Hero Challenge (Just throw a little on this so you can root for the guy in case he comes out and looks great and the entire field starts rooting for him. If he starts contenting, they may just let him win!
