Week 2 NFL Picks – Key Division Matchups Continue

Week 2 of the NFL is here along with a great card of college football games at Wannamakeabet.com. The season is off to a great start and there are many leagues that are still accepting new members.  If you’re not in a league yet or thinking about starting one this football season, it’s not too late!   Unlike traditional fantasy football, you can start a sports betting league at any point of the season.

NFL Podcast Picks

Jack and Cello are back with Week #2 of the Podcast. as we cover everything from our takeaways from Week 1, Cello’s brisket options on Rosh Hashana and of course, Week #2 of the NFL and picks.  Last week, the duo went 3/2 on best bets and so they’re off and running and hitting at 60% :).

• Cincinnati Bengals -3.5 over Baltimore Ravens –
  • Great spot for Cincy to bounce back this week against a Baltimore team still trying to get comfortable under new leadership and having lost their starting RB in Dobbins.   Cincy won’t start the year off 0-2 in the division.
• Buffalo Bills – 9.5 over Vegas Raiders
  • Continuing with the bounce back theme.  The Raiders have their second road game in as many weeks and this time have to fly all the way to upstate NY to face a Bills team that took it on the chin against the Jets last week.  Josh Allen had a horrible game, just like Burrow above, and this is the perfect opponent to get right in front of the home crowd.
• San Francisco -7.5 over LA Rams
  • The 49ers are an elite team that is entirely healthy.  The Rams raised some eyebrows last week but they are facing an entirely different pass rush this week and Cooper Kupp will not return to help.  Fingers crossed the Rams don’t burn us two weeks in a row.
• New York Giants – 5.5 over Arizona Cardinals
  • The Giants were downright humiliated on national TV against the Cowboys and have been dying to start this game from the minute that Dallas game ended.  The Cards are the worst team on paper in the entire league and the truth is, the Giants are not as bad as they looked last week… we hope 🙂
• New England Patriots +2.5 over Miami Dolphins
  • Miami played in a marathon game on the other side of the country last week against the Chargers and now they travel up to New England for a second straight roadie.  As dominant as Philly is, they had their hands full with this NE defense last week and we expect the same for Miami this week.  Miami will get the home win later in the season but tomorrow it’s a barely win or outright loss to Belichick and company.
